Pursed Lip BreathingInhale withouit any obstruction. If the nose is blocked inhale through the mouth.Exhale using the diaphragm. This feels like you are blowing through your belly. When exhaling form the lips into a position that is similar to a whistle so that the air escapes from a tiny whole. Do this repetitively to lengthen the breath and get more oxygen into the blood. ![]() |
